Your missing the trust preferred securities which are preferred securities that belong in the 75% bucket. I believe their total face value was 4B. So of the 7.5B in your example 3 goes to P, 500M to K and 4B to TPS. For the releases I know a couple percent did not release for P, even larger for Qs but I don't know number.
