I find it difficult to fathom that the WMILT could be held liable for the actions of a group of Dimeq holders.

These holders refused to sign releases and instead decided to fight JPM for ownership of the assets.

How could the WMILT be penalized for the actions of an independent body, that refused to be a part of the mediated POR, which the now WMILT helped conceive??? That makes no sense.
