I'm not advocating one way or the other. I'm simply trying to provide context by outlining some of the dynamics at play. There's no evidence of a "scam" here. I see a company trying to make things work, and I see a management that is trying to do it right. I will leave the discussion of the effectiveness of management and the direction the company should follow to others.
