Wally, There is real reason for concern here, starting with the Nugent record pre-Click Evidence. Take a look at their filings, many good intentions but little to no success. That is until the Click deal came into play with its promise of a real technology play with the Klickzie patents and outstanding techies on that team. Jon Leonard has not exhibited solid leadership as a CEO, rather (my opinion here)has relied on the old Roadships team. Absolutely devoid of marketing expertise and complete failure to understand the value of investor awareness and entering the technology investment sector. (Look at their SafeDate Coffee Wagon strategy). Very Sad!
Being late with filings when your filings were up to date, leaves a bsd smell folks. Their announced LOI intentions without deal closure, and potential litigation (Safedate, etc,) or more, creates doubt. The stock should be going up not down,BUT based on solid and realistic results and expectations. This board has shareholder loyalty beyond measure vs those obviously opposed, it's time for USA management to step up to their collective responsibilities.
