Cellceutix has made clear for a long time that a partner is needed and desired. However, they also made it clear they were waiting for trial progression to be further along to create more value.

Nothing new here. It's all part of the plan.

Seems an article in SA needed people to talk about it.

This opinion was expressed many times here but the view here has been - Trial results will take care of it and everyone who blames Leo is wrong.

Leo has shown that he does not want to give up controls so he has not built a strong management team yet.
Hopefully the voices like this will force him to change direction.
