I wonder: What's the penalty for

1. PERJURY - that can be proven

2. Falsifying labels stating "patent pending" on recently produced products when the patent was ABANDONED long, long ago.
(Now that's REAL fraud in the patent process)

3. Lying and slandering with malice

4. Intentional FRAUD - as stated by a FEDERAL JUDGE in her written order.
