Once the courts set a date if the booty's do not show up
they can go to jail. Knowing how stupid they are it is
a strong possibility. They know they have no chance of
winning the state case so they just might decide to not
show up.
However, they will not escape the FRAUD they did.

That is where the jail time will come in.
