The net purchase price for the licenses sold to Sierra Global was determined to be $412,000 after the acquisition of GreenPay, LLC. The license issued to GreenPay, LLC on February 24, 2014 will remain with Sierra Global per the terms and conditions of the merger. In addition, certain other assets owned by GreenPay, LLC were retained by Sierra Global. The acquisition of GreenPay, LLC was limited to acquiring the name and the business plan for GreenPay, LLC. I've been getting a lot of email from concerned shareholders. We are not going to go out of business. Our auditors reviewed the accusations and are satisfied they are baseless otherwise they would not issue their audit report. We have a very large deal in Africa that is about to be announced.

This JSR was requested by the Judge months ago. The parties conferred and did not agree on much other than normal protocol.

This response is to the Stickie asking if we read the lawsuit. Well, we did, too many times. We tried to make sense of it. In the end, the attorneys and Judge couldn't make sense of the bizarre claims either.

The lawsuit was DISMISSED with PREJUDICE! Maciora's claims were based on false assumptions that material events were excluded from the audit. That can happen when share scammers with overactive imaginations talk to revengeful ex-employees with blown expectations, and wounded feelings.

Maciora and his co-conspirators won't be sharing a 5.5 million dollar award. Awww....
