This response is to the Stickie asking if we read the lawsuit. Well, we did, too many times. We tried to make sense of it. In the end, the attorneys and Judge couldn't make sense of the bizarre claims either.

The lawsuit was DISMISSED with PREJUDICE! Maciora's claims were based on false assumptions that material events were excluded from the audit. That can happen when share scammers with overactive imaginations talk to revengeful ex-employees with blown expectations, and wounded feelings.

Maciora and his co-conspirators won't be sharing a 5.5 million dollar award. Awww....
