Fidelity is top-notch IMO. The trades are obnoxioulsy expensive - but look what you got in return for it. Your shares have been delivered!

Dear Mr. xxxxxx:

I reviewed your account and questions with our Reorganizations department regarding the conversion of your Jupiter Global Holdings (JPHC) into Paivis Corporation (PAIV) shares. Fidelity has submitted the original certificates and the list of owners for the JPHC shares to the Transfer Agent. This information was provided through our Depository (DTC) and is in the name of National Financial Services. The Transfer Agent did confirm that they received the certificates and list of owners.

At this point, we are waiting for the Transfer Agent to appropriately deliver the new restricted shares. Our Reorganizations department stated that we do not have a timeline from the Transfer Agent on when this is to be complete and we have not been informed if the new restricted shares of PAIV are going to be physical certificates delivered to the owners of JPHC or if they will be delivered to Fidelity for deposit back into the accounts that held the JPHC shares.

I can understand your frustration in the delay. We have provided all of the documentation required to the Transfer Agent for the completion of the conversion of shares. Right now, we are just waiting on the Transfer Agent to complete the conversion of shares and to deliver them.
