DNI - The acquisition of that lab hasn't occurred yet, correct? Been quite awhile now. Sure it takes time to close an acquisition potentially but if I recall correctly there isn't even a signed agreement subject to certain requirements being met yet.
An outside observer might question whether this acquisition is going to happen and if it doesn't what implications are to the tactical and strategic opportunities for the biz.
You seem to have a more positive view. Care to share your thoughts around the likelihood of acquisition?
