Correct. It is in the final stages now, with the VTB now increased up to $ 1.25 M (CAD).

PRO is a private company, and there is a confidentiality agreement in place, so nothing "public" that I can give you a hyperlink to.

Well, I obviously think that it is very high, or I wouldn't waste my time, energy, and more importantly - my money - on this company.

The lab is important, but there are other things going on behind the scenes. The information I have has also been verified (and been added to) by someone else here on iHub with a mining bg, who has just begun posting on the DMNKF board:
