Big-box retailers want to see a track record. Online sales are one way to provide evidence that your product can sell. So in other words, if online sales are weak, you can forget about shelf space.

I guarantee that Mark CAN'T GUARANTEE that the product will actually hit store shelves. IF THEY CAN'T PASS THE ONLINE SALES TEST, FORGET ABOUT SHELF SPACE!
