I'm not in favor of any settlement. For IFUS, let's continue to receive perceived favorable notices from the courts, IMO, seek potential damages for multi-millions of dollars, (including potential punitive damages), return of patent(s), loss in share holder value, for legal fees and apparent contractual interference and Let's Follow the Money and bring all those responsible to the court's and SEC's intense attention and see how and what verdict(s) the court(s) decide.
Appears to me, IMO, that IFUS may now be becoming sufficient in producing new revenues from possible new sources/products and that the pressure is definitely more and more on the other side. We shall see. Long IFUS and Go current IFUS mgmt.
