It's not just an early event, Look back only 6 years when Aot was supposedly in full development the issue was 70million. Today it's 185M that is 115 Million shares added over a 6 year period or 19million shares per year, every year, so the share addition and ownership dilution are actually accelerating. BTW most of the expenses were SG&A expenses!

Again you are taking just one little snapshot to fit your argument, which again is not supported by the real facts. This company sells stock as its main products at the expense of existing shareholders.If owned 10% of the company in 2010 your stake would now be 3.7%

Here are the actual numbers from the 10K's. I acknowledge that Bigger has reigned in the new share issuances in 2014-15 but 2009-2013 was nasty. I see no other way to describe it. He was involved as CEO or CFO either way. Also from the recent 10Q, you can see Q1 has already exceeded the entire last year % and will likely go much higher based on management reports of only a month or two left in cash. There is little question the company will be forced to raise another $2 Million to cover operating expenses.
