Why the installments assuming the money to pay debts is money rec'd already from Chinese?

Everything is in place for growing the company and the share price. Just have to keep executing the plan. Profit taking is mostly done here, and those left are holding and adding dips because they know the trend is up. IMO.

$CDNL ... and logically will likely see 8k's for each pay-off ... not to mention the CEO is buying on the open market all around current prices ... writing on the wall for the patient IMO
