Tampa you and others think they can turn out announcements when ever they want to. Wrong. If something material happens they have to announce it. It's the law. They can not hold it back.

There is a meeting with the SRA folks on August 7th. I would be looking at August 8th and beyond for material events to happen.

I also expect Q2 results next week, which would also be material.

Having a news release in an illiquid market might have opened the door for more lawsuits, IMO.

I find it simply astounding.

I think your reaction is astounding. The RS happened and this market really is a non-market right now. Yet, the company shares have been trading at, or above, fair value to the pre-RS for the last four days.

Why on Earth would Wave announce anything right now, when they don't have to? If the share price was sliding, I could understand, but as of right now, the shares are holding their own. I would only hope Wave Systems announcements be used when they can be best used - and that timeframe will be determined by revenues.
