Escrows will either "BE... or NOT to BE"... therefore checking the board about Escrows is useless, as it will not change a thing. They will pay if/when they pay... or they won't. Better off trying to improve your life in a more meaningful way, rather than depend only upon Escrows to improve your lot in life -imo
