Some reasons why.

At .78, I tried to get it for .75, .76.& .77 but could not buy anything, only when I put it in at .78 was I able to buy the shares.

Check the Order Book (they only list 2 decimals though) and you'll see it tight all day after the 1st hour. Tightly controlled buying/selling.

It appears that there is transferring of shares at a very tight level for weeks now.
I'm not savvy enough to know what is happening for sure, but maybe others are.
