Pure Hogwash If its so bad why did the SEC use the word Settlement? recently in regards to biel

That is great. If that is true, the SEC will return this money/stocks back to the treasury. I wish they were more than 5 million dollars. 5 million dollars are equivalent to 5 billion shares back to the treasury.
