Mog, you might want to revisit the definition of imminent. Not sure you understand what it means.

Yes Sir! Time for Dilution

Amarin Management,

Why not take advantage of the little stock price gain associated with finally! the issuance of the NCE, which in reality helps little, to reward yourself more Total Compensation (huge salaries, bonuses, free shares, stock options) with the "printing" of more AMRN shares. If Big Government can continue printing US dollars to keep themselves going and growing, you can certainly do the same to keep your huge compensation packages.

Yes, let's all feel excited that the stock price finally got over $2 yesterday since it will go back below $2 soon enough (probably by the end of this week), even without dilution.

Debby Reality Downer :/

Dilution is not the term I would use. I would say they will be raising capital soon. Again it is not that they will decide on a whim looking at the stock price and suddenly decide on dilution which is why they did not do that when stock was 12 or 8 or 6 or even 3 a few months ago. It is company management decision when to dilute and it is pre determined a long time in advance based on the cash flow and cash in hand situation. I am pretty sure Amrn management has had a very clear picture when they should be doing a stock sale and in my experience (albeit not so great) stock dilution is usually done when cash in hand reaches 50-70M which is approx. where they are today. However I am quite optimistic that at this point stock will not take a massive long term hit because of a dilution. If anything it will go back up quite quickly and in return the last overhang till the results in 2018 will be gone.

MOG- Curious if you still think that my purchase of 10,000 shares @ 1.34 was a bad buy?
