If I am not mistaken when the state judge disallowed
the request by the booty's for a dismissal it was not
posted that day.

IMO I think we may hear something today.

As you said if the booty's got a favorable ruling
it would have been posted immediately.

Since that did not happen my money says the
judge ruled in our favor.

We shall see if that is what happened.

Judges, especially Federal judges, don't normally make rulings on the same day a motion is heard. Maybe Judge Ungora did ... and maybe she didn't. I've not seen anything published ... but, I haven't scoured Pacer, either.
