Not a dead issue..... If you check with PACER, You will see that the Patent Infringement Lawsuit was not filed. We can conclude that 1) the patent was not valid or 2) that ACDU was trying to get a Royalty agreement with the companies. The patent was not B.S. Royalty agreements were never noted on paperwork filed in any reports. Mr. Newman would be bringing any existing clients with him to his new Firm. I can see 3 possible scenarios with ACDU Litigation.
