For starters is P/E is negative. P/E is Price/Earnings what you show is Price/Sales but you use 100M as revenues for 2006. Revenues at this point are unknown and unclear as to what they will be since we only know 1 quarter, best number that can be used is the trailing twelve months. Using your revenue number, revenue per share is about .96.

Like I stated the only accurate number you show is institutional holdings
