Of course I would like for you to be correct. However years ago Bud stated he wanted to grow the company "organically". That's all fine and dandy but he has failed to do exactly that. Yes, he's selling his tiles on Wayfair. No one is disputing that. The problem lies in the bottom line numbers. There has been NO GROWTH over the last 4 quarters which is a BAD SIGN. It tells me his products are not selling through his channels. It's a simple supply/demand analysis. There's no demand for his products. When that happens companies like Wayfair and Walmart will axe products which do not perform.

Bud also has not made any effort at reducing the current share structure. The share structure itself is what is killing this stock. No investor wants to touch this with a 10 foot pole when the A/S and O/S are at 5 billion shares and the float is at 3.6billion shares. It suppresses the share price if this were to ever get any momentum. In order to make some decent profit on this stock the float needs to be reduced by about 3 billion shares.

The only other reasonable explanation for the stagnant quarterlies is the possibility that Bud has been withholding millions of dollars of revenues from the quarterlies (highly unlikely since there is no logical reason for that).
