If you look at that MSDS though, it shows "VOC-compliant" and 2.8 lbs/gal not 0 VOC.

I'm not sold that it's Hybrid's without more evidence, but it looks like it may have been reformulated as I thought the main product page now advertises it as 0 VOC.

It's not but don't worry because our anti graffiti is with PPG. A much better partner, wouldn't you agree?
