For the age bracket we are looking at for R-It , men were diagnosed CHD more then women ( my quick take ) .
Wife worked in ER and confirms false positives for Angina were more common in women then men .
So I think the data from JELIS is somewhat skewed in relationship to what to expect in R-It . I also think the placebo rate for R-It will be closer to 5.2 largely because of more aggressive intervention ( high dose use of high intensity statins etc ) JMO Kiwi
