I think that the OTC has a 'Bot that only checks the title on the filing. Not the actual content (which can vary a lot).

When PPJE posted a NT 10-K with the wrong title: "Annual Report - Notification of Late Filing",
the OTC marked PPJE as being current.

It took a week, and, presumably, complaints, till PPJE was flagged delinquent.
Now PPJE is flagged "Dark or Defunct", is this a new OTC classification ?
