N I just told u, Max Sound Corp does not have CONTROL over the distributors n manufactures. If u r referring to DD, contact the distributors n manufactures to verified u information not just the stock company itself.

Plus reading a PR, mostly they r EITHER projection of what the company r expecting or events that have already taken place.

I’ve stated b4 the read the fine line if u r wondering about FILTERS….. Even I don’t know what the distributors n manufactures r thinking… O_O

Where did I state u were wrong from not agreeing with me or anyone else? MaxD now figured the litigation with the WIN will far more succeed in REVENUES from licensing n royalties.

This 1 of the major reason MaxD r diversifying. Everyone knows the audio tech is taking way to long n new management (IMHC) r in place with experience to market the audio side, while MaxD moves forward on litigation.

It’s a penny stock company n risky, u have 2 b very patience. I am counting on the litigation big time.

Imagine VSL not interfering ..WOW multi-millions settlements is what I am excited about…just have to STOMP on VSL n put them on a leash!

So I am guessing that anyone who doesn't agree with you is wrong? I did read the earlier, and first press releases about Qualcomm, Akyumen, Lookhu and they state that Max Sound will be making money from these deals in the year the press releases were put out. THIS IS WHAT DD IS ABOUT!!! I can even remember meeting Mr. Blaisure and he told me the numbers and dollar amounts of several "DEALS." I purchased more stock because of that. Of course none of that happened and look where we are now. A litigation company... not a technology that I believed and invested in.

I don't want to see MAXD fail, but I need factual, reliable information, which the management can't seem to put out. There has been mention of 10k Akyumen phones. I simply asked if anyone knew if they had MAXD in them or not. My guess is not, but I hope I am proven wrong for all our sakes. When I asked, you told me I need to learn how to read the Press Releases (as copied in the first sentence of this post)? Maybe you could tell me what kind of BS filter you use so that I might be able to get it and be able discern the PR better. O_O
