It's a tired rehash of the Federal counterclaims that were thrown out of court. No evidence. No witnesses. Not even an affidavit.

Note what WaWa said in his deposition when asked about his evidence. He didn't have any. All he knows is that he (according to him) was doing business ... and then he wasn't. THEREFORE IT MUST BE SOMEBODY ELSE'S FAULT!!
