I think if you will re-read Jesse's statement, you will discover the volume he referred to was Post reverse split, not prior.
Those volumes for the two days after the split are anemic at best. They are not a true reflection of the PRIOR trading volumes, per your figures, at all.

He is suggesting, as I did yesterday, that let's be a little cautious with tempered optimism until the numbers in the volume return and we shall see what will happpen then.

I think that without the Numbers from Q2, it will drift. I am hoping that the Q2 numbers will be bullish in a significant manner and provide the impetus for the run we have been awaiting.
Time will tell, or as Weby might say, TWT.

Pre-split or post-split the important thing is the dollar value...400K at 0.70 or 200K at $1.40 = $280K...peanuts if there is a conviction to truly buy or sell.

I need to see REAL volume to call a bottom...
