Please explain to me what criteria hasdn't been met. Was it the

CEO of Huawei wasn't doing cart wheels? If you state clearly

the money being received is based on a license agreement then

the criteria has been met in my opinion, which I just happened

to be entitled to have. If there is a license agreement and any

criteria hasn't been met then they should stipulate so in their

press release.
