YKR why dont you go and ask Barrick in 20 years why they have not mined nor do they have any plans of mining Pascua-Lama. Also while you are at it ask them why they are pulling out of Argentina and getting rid of the Lama. See if they will confide in you and let you post their news and air their dirty laundry.
