Nobody gets turned down in an emergency room.............so where is the problem?????
The problem is in the emergency room they will stabilize you.........after that if you can't afford the treatment,procedure or lack insurance you don't get it................do you understand that yet???
Now there is an option...............same procedure............same quality...........far more affordable.
This is not rocket science.................you could do the math on an abacus.

hasbro, the only way a poor person will get hesc therapies is to go overseas as bush will not give monetary support to hesc's here-------there's only one problem, where does the poor guy get the $10,000 for the air fare and therapy. if hesc research were to be expedited by expanded fed funding then those poor folks would have a chance, right here within walking distance. you see hasbro, the rich and middle class will have choices, we dont need to worry about them, what about the have nots??????????????????????? in my last post tonight, i am elated that i could expose the true you.
