When this discussion started the gist of the question was how do people with minimal insurance and those working poor who lack insurance get help?
I then brought up medical tourism and have been exposed.
Stem cells were also a topic after i said that just because bushie vetoed it didn't mean people would die it just meant they would get help overseas.............these are realistic ideas as to the situation at hand.
If you have exposed me then you have exposed my willingness to open my eyes and be aware of options in life.
GERN may or may not be at the forefront of HESC tech i can't say..................bush made it harder for sure but you will still see new treatments and protocols developed in singapore and asia in general because they are willing to fund these iniatives to accomplish more then guarenteed returns on their money.
The toxic financing of PIPEs and death spiral convertables is what can be expected in this country and that will accomplish little more then the death of many good companies.
