Thanks. You're right, it's everywhere. In places where I'm accustomed to seeing "Common Stock Alternative Reporting" (never was SEC Reporting) or "Common Stock Dark or Defunct"...apparently I spend most of my time looking at companies who never achieved "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" status.

I've noticed OTCM has been delinquent in reporting delinquencies. A few stinkies don't include their cash flow or statement of shareholder equity. In the past, I contacted OTCM and they downgraded the caught issuers. The last filing deadline I noticed a few failed to include in their filings, contacted OTCM and they have done nothing to update the status.

Maybe they don't give a CHIT anymore or are just lazy.

I'm hoping that you'll revisit this briefly. I contacted OTCMarkets and was given this explanation:
"The company is following the Alternative Reporting Standard by making filings, as described below, publicly available through the OTC Disclosure & News Service on a timely basis pursuant to the OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines. The Current Information category is based on the level and timely availability of disclosure."

I have responded to that, noting that I was aware of it and pointing out the example that you provided and that the company in question had withdrawn its Form 15 filing and hence deserved the SEC Reporting - Delinquent designation. I haven't heard back.


I think we have to consider the possibility that OTCMarkets does not use that designation for delinquent SEC filers as long as they qualify for Pink Current. I'm growing weary of looking for a Pink Current Information company that carries the SEC Reporting - Delinquent designation...do you have an example handy? VGTL is in Limited Information.

The number of foreign Pink Current companies is mindboggling and searching through them for the the limited number of 4 digit symbols isn't made easy.
