Thanks interesting story, recommend it for a sticky !!!!

Sounds like growing pains...... that I am glad I missed... but I have my fair share of scars from other start ups.....

Having a background in Law Enforcement and liability concerns.....it always falls back on the Administration about the lack of training may have contributed to the issue at hand.....

Thinking of all the issues in the media now.......concerning police use of force, etc...... VTSI is perfect fit....?Is there any competition as it relates to another publicly traded company selling a similar product?

Thanks again.....I will continue to build a position !!!!

Truly awesome post weeblewobble! Thank you for taking the time to write it.

I admit up front this is none of my business but do you own several percent of the company? Just curious.

Your post sort of also explains today's Modern Round connection in that it is a way for the S&W CEO to get a piece of VirTra, albeit a small piece. This too benefits VTSI shareholders.

Awesome post weeble, all true. Some more details:
Negotiations with S&W were heald behind the back of the CEO ( by Ferris and Kitchen) . When he heard about it, he resigned.
S&W chairman then was Barry Monheit, who never forgot about this acquisition opportunity. I am sure BM and BF kept contact.
BM is the founder of Modern Round. The share deal between
Virtra and Modern Round is obviously BM's signature. At least now he has a part of Virtra....

Maybe stupid, but I never traded VTSI, only bought more and more...lol

Weeble, that sums it up well. I have been here since 1998 when it was GAMZ and have much the same story as you regarding my investments. Unfortunately many of my shares were bought higher, in the earliest days at .28 even, and since I seem to be lousy at timing my buys and even worse at ever selling, I am averaged in at the equivalent of .09 today. I have sold less than 50,000 shares and bought many, many times that. The majority of my 18 years here, mostly as a lurker, were under water. I agree with you we are finally turning the corner with a strong foundation beneath us that can support much more in today's (some ways unfortunately) favorable environment. Way back when there was active participation in the shareholder meetings - perhaps we will meet someday...
