Why do you think that Schadel has a Federal Tax Lien?

If you had read the financials the information is there for you to see - Schadel keeps falling further behind in paying the IRS the payroll taxes.

You don't think the payroll taxes are just for Schadel and Kimmy?

Please post your DD that proves whatever you are trying to prove - that Scahdel doesn't owe any payroll taxes, he hasn't spent the payroll taxes etc - you might want to start with the Federal Tax Lien.
