My information is correct. FINRA won't grant them a R/S anytime soon.
LIBE, RMRK, ENIP, CATV and NNRX is proof of this. All submitted 14c's without success.
Company has a better chance of having an 'E' than a 'D' which won't happen anyway.

Only thing happening is bid support growing, 2s thinning out...and yes...<200m 2s is not much to churn through...seen many plays with much higher floats higher stacks on the ask get taken out in a heartbeat.
