No doubt - I sold at 62 and loss money - the company is BANKRUPT- I keep a close eye on this stock and can tell you no one made any money in the last 2 months - besides a couple of flippers who made at most 15 percent for 3 days - look at the trades recently it is always a large volume of people buying low and than it will pop up 10 percent on like 200,000 shares - to get the suckers to buy more while it steadily declines lower and lower making it nearly impossible to make any kind of money. In penny stocks you have to accept your losses and move on - you will never be successful holding on to a loser watching your money go down the drain. I lost 1500 bucks on this stock - would have been 3000 by now if I was still holding. You have to know when to fold them.

Christ, this was the line that killed me:

"-VAPE is currently out of authorized shares to operate properly ..."

Per the OTC, that's 1billion shares:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VAPE/profile

366million are already accounted for in the O/S. That means the rest were already issued -- and yet to be "green-lighted" for conversion. Probably initial investment capital for shares and/or payment for services or property with shares.

And Company's now tapped out?!

And up until last week, I was averaging down - now it seems like I was trying to catch a falling knife.

We're gonna need a miracle.
