Nothing backs you up. Nothing. Preliminary data looks promising. Even AVXL said they're, "cautiously optimistic" about 2-73. Why? Because they know it looks great now but that doesn't mean that it's 100% a sure thing for phase 2/3. Once the 26/52 week data is available, that may give us a better idea, but again, using the word cure is a stretch.
