That Nevada filing only changes the state taxes, not their public market trading. They may have notified Nevada, but I doubt that means anything to the public traders.
They are still delinquent in their filing of the 2015 annual report through the SEC due to the NT 10-K filed when their Annual report was due 3/31/2016.
I would only expect the Pre and Def filings to be posted as specified by the SEC, before they execute a R/S or, they could request to be deleted from SEC filings by filing a usual Form 15.
