I'm personally right there with you. I mean I think if the company would have such news they would put it out immediately!

Call is going to be "flat" is being really really optimistic !

Good luck but if you're in the red? Why even add ? Specially when you are in it for the long haul. If you trade this maybe just maybe you might be able to sell... Volume is low! With too many hands holding down here... The odds are against you!

Bec1..you might recall the last meeting 2 years ago was an introduction to 3Dicons new plan to get federal funding and not a material news event ( that some expected) such as this is at 4:05 eastern time...there is a big difference in the 2 events.. Victor laid out the newest plan to the board of 3dicon last summer in July about 11 months ago and let us know about it about 8 months ago in the October letter. The results of the plan to get fed funds which we didn't get were known last July when Victor shared this newest plan with the board in July. The conference call Wednesday is not an afternoon event outlining the new plan( already been announced) while the market is open nor a letter online from Victor stating the new plan.The conference call Wednesday is a material news event sharing the results of the plan Victor started almost a year ago.They have so many days to announce material news and for whatever reason they choose to do it not in a news release at 4:05 eastern but through a conference call announcement of new developments involving the Corporation. There must be developments concerning 3dicon as a corporation going forward with some changes and felt better to follow with comments on the news at the time of the release of the news and a need to explain the new developments to shareholders and field their questions .Its obvious that the news will draw questions from shareholders and there will be a need for " guidance " going forward with these new developments.I think its obvious that the news is going to draw a lot of questions when he announces these emerging strategic corporate developments.He said he looks forward to sharing them with us so I expect it to be very positive news going forward.
