I think they're taking a big loss and it would have to be somebody that's been in this recently. I think I was the last guy to get anything in the twos and everybody else after me has been three or higher. Somebody just plain lost their patients.

True and they are not a large # of shares so I'm not quite sure why someone is selling at 0021.

Not necessarily, my average is .0014 but I bought over 1/MM at .0004. I'm sure there are a few more like me.
We need news or a P/R from whoever is in control.
