I have yet to find one and I have been at this question for weeks? Lots of R/M's late (all) on the 71 day time frame for Audited Financials. Can't find a single company yet that that has met that 71 day timeframe? I suspect the SEC is well aware of the issue and is allowing more time before or if any action is taken by them? No worries we will get the 8Ka soon enough from the New TALK!

Did you get an answer yet? I'm very curious as to the answer to your question. I'm being told by a very reliable source that the SEC is NOT investigating TALK/UMS!

I cannot find one! I haven't found one and I have been looking for a week now because I'm in another R/M with the same issue! But we will here from him soon again, that he only cares about TALK! The New TALK!
