Malc, can u provide one company, just ONE, that was investigated by the SEC for fraud for not filing within the 71 day window for merger audits?? I would look it up myself but this is your claim on TALK so your DD should include credible info. correct?

One company. One link.

Saying fraud several times means nothing if ONE example cannot be provided regarding the above. Any other answer is moot at this point; one company, one link.

Or may we assume there is no link to backup this claim?
