Could anybody give me an idea about the financing that SVMI got into with Cornell. All I'm getting is that this is the kiss of death. I've read some of the posts that state Savi has to get out of this deal in order to avoid massive dilution. On the other hand, if they didn't get financing, I read they would probably be out of business.
Is there away for Savi to aviod the dilution. If so, how? Please explain as I have some thoughts depending upon some qualified responses.
