June 2015 Mantra applied for a Horizon 20/20 grant which was to be awarded October 2015.(SEC 10K)

October 2015, Mantra was not awarded the grant, the Horizon 20/20 grant officials requested that they rewrite their application and resubmit.

Around February 2016 Mantra finished rewriting it's application and resubmitted it to the Horizon 20/20.

Award or denial of the Horizon 20/20 grant should be announced June or early July 2016.
