Little kids don't understand idioms: I once lost a toy, age 4 or 5, and when my mother found it she said, (annoyed at having had to look for it): "WELL, if that was a snake it would have bitten you!" -- an old expression meaning something was so close that anyone should have seen it. But I was afraid to walk near that door the rest of the time we lived there.

I bet you have worked at a healthy lifestyle, exercise, etc.? And I imagine enjoyed the energy that financial success brings with it. Congratulations on having children such delightful ages.
