jlbauer - the mm's will try and drop the pps to shake some cheap shares, as we get closer to certain deadlines, they will have to buy at our pps...it is a fact, that TDA cannot submit shareholder information until all the restricted shares are bought back...you see, if they cannot send shareholder counts of however billions of shares that their clients currently hold in their accounts. They have to basically close (buy back) those positions before they can send TA true shareholder info. I'm sure alot of brokers/mm are communicating with each other on how to handle. I know that TDA has tried to communicate with Paivis about cleaning up this mess on the restricted shares. That was told to me by TDA re-organization dept. IMO, Paivis told TDA to clean it up yourself. Some of the shorts probably have been covered, but no where close to the billions of restricted that were put on the market back in May. I'm holding for my pps...I have waited almost a year for JPHC payday, I can wait a bit longer. GLTA
